16.00 h. Reception of all the competitors of the A category. Checking of the id documents, and delivery by the competitors of three copies of the scores they are going to play, and the competitors will be asinged to the warm-up place.
17.00 h. FINAL Category A (until 10 years old)
9.00 h. Reception of the B and C category. Checking of the id documents, and delivery by the competitors of three copies of the scores they are going to play, and the competitors will be asinged to the warm-up place.
10.00 h. SEMI-FINAL Category B (from 11 to 14 years old)
12.00 h. SEMI-FINAL Categoría C (from 15 to 18 years old)
14.30 h. Jury announcement of the finalist.
17.00 h. Delivery of the scores to the jury and warm-up
18.00 h. FINAL Category B
19.30 h. FINAL Category C
21.00 h. JURY ANNOUNCEMENT and Prize ceremony
The jury will be set by relevant guitarists
Category A (til 10 years old)
Just one trial with a free repertory with a maximun time of 6 min.
Category B (from 11 til 14 years old)
Semifinal: Free repertory with a maximun time of 6 min.
Final: Free repertory with a maximun time of 8 min.
The contestant will not be allowed to play any of the same pieces played during the semifinal in the final
Category C (from 15 a til years old)
Semifinal: Free repertory with a maximun time of 8 min.
Final: Free repertory with a maximun time of 12 min.
The contestant will not be allowed to play any of the same pieces played during the semifinal in the final
The order of participation of each category will be conviniently advertize in this webpage
Former winners of the first prize are not allowed to participate again in the competition
the age to be taken as a reference to participate will be th eone at the exact day of the competition
Category A (Until 10 years old)
1st Prize: Trophy, gift voucher valued in 150€
2nd Prize: Medal, a diploma and diploma, a gift voucher in PROMUSICA´S musicshop valued in 50€ and 50€ in cash
3º Prize: Medal, diploma and 50€ in cash
Category B (from 11 until 14 years old)
1st Prize: Trophy, gift voucher valued in 250€.
2nd Prize: Medal, a diploma and diploma and gift voucher gift voucher in PROMUSICA´S musicshop valued in 75€ and 50€ cash
3º Prize: Medal and a diploma and 50 € cash
Category C (from 15 until 18 years old)
1st Prize Trophy, a Guitar by the luthier Antonio Picado valued in 800€, 200€ gift coucher and 150€ cash.
2nd Prize Medal, a diploma and diploma and gift voucher valued in 200€.
3º Prize Medal and a diploma and gift voucher in PROMUSICA´S musicshop valued in 75€ and 50€ cash
There will be in each category a prize named "Best Extremadura Performer". This prize will be awarded with a medal, a diploma, and 100€ cash each category
